When we tell people that we partnered with a Montreal bike touring company, the reaction is generally as follows: ‘That’s really cool. But…what does that have to do with what you guys do?’

    A lot, actually.

1-We love this city. Fitz & Follwell doesn’t give ‘touristy tours’. They are committed to providing an authentic portrait of the city today visiting spots that locals favour (like Café Olympico and St-Viateur). The tours are so well researched that locals are jumping on board and visiting gems like our green alleyways and hidden parks and curiosities in residential areas.

2-We are storytellers. Whether building websites, short films or 30-second spots, we tell stories. These tours tell Montreal’s story in a way that is completely fresh and authentic.

3-We love bikes. During the snowless months, CloudRaker looks like a bike parking lot. We knew our peeps would really embrace the Fitz & Follwell culture and would dig getting involved with the company and dreaming and scheming about ways to make it grow. We think of it as our little love letter to the Rakers.

4-Shea Mayer. When we met Shea, who founded what was then Cycle Tours, it was perfectly obvious that this guy was the real deal: smart, creative and entrepreneurial. The company was winning awards, it was (and is) ranked #1 tour in Montreal on Trip Advisor and Shea knew he wanted to take it to the next level. Honestly, we can give 1,000 rational reasons why we partnered, but it mostly boiled down to really believing in this dude.

We have lots of work ahead, including planning the Snow Tours launch this winter, developing more merchandizing for the shop and crafting new and exciting ways to get folks out on two wheels to explore the city whether from here or from afar.
